With the large amount of rain hitting the area through the night and today, it makes sense to give a quick reminder of our Rain Policy. As we know, Spring is going to be the rainy season again, but if it’s anything like last year, the rain will be confined to some sudden large downpours, and otherwise not too bad.
Our rain policy gives our inflatable customers as much flexibility as we can allow for delivery and use. Our usual policy is that if someone checks the Dayton or Cincinnati weather and sees a potential storm, they can call us and discuss options. The first option would be that we can prepare the item for delivery, but the customer can cancel the order up to 24 hours before the provided delivery time. Second, we can attempt to reschedule the bounce house event for a day that is less likely to be rained out.
Now, if we have already delivered the item, rain doesn’t mean that the party has to stop! It just means it’s cake and ice cream time! Jumping on a moonwalk in the rain it not advised, because it is a safety risk. When the rain stops though, there is no reason the inflatable bounce house can’t simply be blown back up and used! One idea that people have implemented is having the bouncers go inside the moonbounce with towels and wipe down the bouncy surface.
Hopefully this clears any potential questions up! If you have any additional questions or comments you can submit them below and I will respond to you!
